Position: Cook
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Part-time (20–25 hours per week to start) with opportunity for full-time hours.
Position Summary
A growing restaurant is seeking a reliable Cook to join their kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards

Assist with ingredient preparation and food assembly

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Support general kitchen operations and assist team members during busy periods

Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation
Requirements

Some prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Food Handler Certification required (can be completed online if needed)

Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
