Job Title: Shop Helper / Machine Operator Assistant
Pay: $15–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
Seeking a dependable Shop Helper to support daily production operations. This role includes material handling and assisting with operation of CNC press brake and shear machines in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist with operation of CNC press brake and shear machines
- Measure, move, and organize materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions
- Support team in meeting production goals
Requirements
- Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
