Parts & Fleet Support Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish Required)
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) + Wednesday (half day)
Hours: 40 hours/week
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to support daily operations in a fast-paced transportation and maintenance environment. This role is critical in helping keep trucks on the road and the shop running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch mobile repair assistance to drivers experiencing breakdowns
- Provide parts and materials to technicians for in-shop repairs
- Track and maintain accurate parts and inventory records
- Answer incoming calls and assist drivers, vendors, and staff
- Perform data entry for service requests, inventory, and repairs
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish with drivers and team members
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience
- Ability to handle time-sensitive situations responsibly
- Experience in dispatch, inventory, parts, or office support is a plus
