We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facility, grounds, and work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance experience who is looking to develop their skills and grow into a long-term maintenance career.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs.
• Complete basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and handyman tasks.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain outdoor areas, including lawn and landscape upkeep.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards. 

Skills

• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance, repair, or related hands-on experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow into the role; advanced expertise is not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed.
