General Laborer
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm
Location: Mesquite, TX

Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to assist with pond repair, maintenance, and landscaping projects throughout the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable performing physical work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The General Laborer will support a high-functioning crew by assisting with landscaping projects, site maintenance, material movement, and general labor duties.

Responsibilities
- Assist with pond repairs, restoration, and landscaping activities
- Use equipment such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and other basic hand tools
- Move materials, supplies, and equipment around job sites
- Perform general labor and site cleanup duties
- Support crew members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Previous landscaping, construction, or general labor experience is a plus but not required
