Injection Molding Setup/Helper
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Location: Balch Springs, TX
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Setup/Helper to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the molding machines are properly maintained and prepped for daily production.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with draining and replacing materials from hoppers
-
Clean material lines inside molding machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality

Support the setup process to prepare machines for daily production runs

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety guidelines
Requirements:

Sit-down forklift experience (required)

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
