Express Employment New Braunfels is looking for Team Lead candidates in Kyle TX.

Schedule: Monday – Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Duties: include but not limited to: Job Summary: The Team Lead supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service in the distribution of durable medical equipment. This role involves supervising staff and following policies to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Compliance: • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and accreditation standards. • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and supply chain efficiency. • Oversee the processing of orders, insurance claims, and billing procedures. • Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Staff Supervision & Training: • Lead and support employees in daily tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies. • Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff on compliance and best practices. • Monitor performance and communicating with the GM in resolving workflow challenges. Customer Service & Relationship Management: • Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests. • Support partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and suppliers. • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience. Administrative & Reporting: • Prepare reports on operational performance, compliance status, and financial metrics. • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost-control measures. • Support marketing initiatives and business development efforts. Qualifications & Skills: • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred). • 2+ years of experience in durable medical equipment operations, healthcare management, or similar roles. (preferred). • DMEPOS Certification (preferred). • Strong knowledge of DME industry regulations and insurance billing procedures. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in business software, including CRM, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
