Now Hiring - HR GENERALIST

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 DOE
Job Duties:
- Assist is recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, and scheduling employee training
- Assist in tracking recruiting efforts
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as terminations, status changes, compensation, and assist with resolving any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs
- Maintain employee files and records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Create and distribute hiring fliers and coordinate advertising in the market
- Monitor employment costs and expenses according to budget
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years HR (including onboarding, employee life cycle, documentation, terminations, PTO, payroll, and benefits)
- 2+ years in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Experience and knowledge with labor laws and and employment regulations
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance obligations (including FMLA, HIPPA, OSHA, etc.)
- Experience in fast-pace organization
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
