Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a furniture assembler position! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Unload and unbox furniture from delivery trucks
- Offload boxes to designated areas (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs for 4–8 hours)
- Assemble furniture and assist with moving it into place
- Arrange furniture as needed
- Clean up debris, break down boxes, and bag packing materials
- Maintain a professional attitude
- Perform physical tasks including squatting, bending, and stretching
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
