Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting of Bitcoin mining machines
- Install, rack, and configure equipment (PDUs, network gear, servers)
- Manage warehouse logistics: shipping, receiving, and organizing hardware
- Process hardware RMAs and coordinate with vendors for replacements/repairs
- Troubleshoot network and client service issues as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, repairs, and configurations
- Keep the data center clean, organized, and optimized for performance
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (expect heat & noise)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Comfortable with physical labor (bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Prior experience with computer/IT/networking is a plus (but not required)
