What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Must provide own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Drug screening required
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Comfortable working in various conditions (indoors and outdoors)
