Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Shop Hand / Yard Hand for a busy and growing operation in Monahans! If you’re dependable, hardworking, and don’t mind working outdoors, we want to hear from you.
🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks manually and with equipment
-
Perform general yard hand duties and labor tasks
-
Receive and dispatch medical waste bins
-
Weigh, empty, and wash bins as required
-
Conduct daily inventory checks
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and work areas
⚠️ Requirements:

Previous forklift experience required

Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy items

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to follow safety procedures at all times
