Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a client in Garden City, TX. If you have strong mechanical skills and experience troubleshooting electrical and structural issues, this could be a great opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including tripped PDU breakers, damaged extension cords, and faulty components requiring lockout/tagout procedures
✔ Identify and address structural issues such as bent door frames, disconnected sheet metal siding, and other facility-related repairs
✔ Perform routine maintenance and ensure all facility concerns are reported and resolved in a timely manner
✔ Operate heavy equipment safely as needed for maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
🔹 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
🔹 Familiarity with heavy equipment, including scissor lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
🔹 Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot electrical and structural issues
🔹 Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures preferred
🔹 Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
