Job Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, filling crevices, and facility repairs.
- Repair and maintain company machinery, equipment, and appliances.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and report major maintenance issues.
- Inspect community and facility areas for litter, mechanical failures, and safety concerns.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and safety system repairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas.
- Monitor and maintain sprinkler systems and trash containers.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance assessments of appliances, including refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers.
- Provide support and guidance to clients on the proper maintenance and operation of equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
