We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Property Manager to join a senior housing apartment community for our Client. This is a full-time, salaried position ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults and is committed to supporting their independence. 

This full-time, salaried position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in affordable housing. The ideal candidate is skilled in compliance, team leadership, and resident relations.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes lunch break) ( Flexible ) 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property

  • Supervise on-site staff and maintenance coordination

  • Conduct and complete annual recertifications and resident interviews

  • Interact with residents and applicants with compassion and professionalism

  • Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and PRAC 202 program guidelines

  • Enforce Fair Housing and internal policies

  • Provide property tours and travel between properties as needed

  • Meet weekly deadlines and complete recurring tasks accurately and on time


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks and meet deadlines

  • Moderate to strong computer skills

  • Enjoys working with the public and diverse cultures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties such as bending and standing


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HUD and PRAC 202 experience Required.
  • Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent work experience in apartment leasing or property management

  • Bilingual is a plus

  • 2+ years of staff management experience required

  • Experience working with seniors and an understanding of the aging process

  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws

  • Ability to handle sensitive personal situations with empathy and professionalism

  • Willingness to travel between properties for training or tours
