Position: Permit Coordinator
Location: Georgetown, TX
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our client in Georgetown, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful completion of residential home builds by managing all necessary permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Obtain all required permits from local and state agencies to build residential homes, including but not limited to:

Coordinate permitting activities across the I-35 corridor and Central Texas region
-
Secure approvals from Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) by working closely with their management companies
-
Schedule appointments for customers with specific trade partners
-
Order and track reports from designated trade partners to support the permitting and build process
Qualifications:
-
Strong understanding of the permitting process for residential construction in Texas, particularly within Central Texas
-
Familiarity with HOA approval procedures and requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency

Previous experience in permitting or residential construction is highly preferred
