Now Hiring: Inventory Specialist – 1st Shift | Williamson County, TX
Pay: $18–$20/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
A global manufacturer in Williamson County specializing in high-production, cost-efficient welding equipment components is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on role that offers the opportunity to cross-train and grow within a collaborative environment supporting both U.S. and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle material movement, including pulling, receiving, transferring, and packaging orders

Perform inventory control tasks such as cycle counting and discrepancy resolution
-
Operate a sit-down forklift and drive between warehouse locations (clean driving record required)
-
Utilize SAP-based software (Global Shop Solutions) for inventory and data entry
-
Lift and move parts up to 40 lbs in bulk
-
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency

Support shipping, receiving, and distribution functions

Participate in cross-training and collaborate as part of a team
Qualifications:

Experience in inventory or warehouse roles

Strong computer literacy and attention to detail

Forklift experience required

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Willingness to support various duties as needed
