Job Full Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and skilled Installers to join our dynamic team. This hands-on position involves the installation of luxury, custom spa and wellness units on-site for prestigious projects across the U.S. and abroad. Ideal candidates will bring a diverse trade skill set, professional demeanor, and a readiness to travel. Cross training is provided, and team members will shadow seasoned installers to learn proprietary systems and installation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport and handle materials safely using certified forklift equipment
- Load/unload deliveries on construction sites
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and construction blueprints
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools (having your own tools is a plus)
- Execute plumbing duties including pipe fitting and connections
- Perform basic carpentry: cutting, fitting, paneling, and ceiling installations
- Handle renovation-style tasks: waterproofing, drywall, light electrical work, finishing
- Work with low-voltage electrical systems
- Ensure proper sealing, bending of materials, and clean finishes
- Maintain a safe and compliant worksite (PPE and OSHA certification preferred)
Required Qualifications:
· Certified Forklift Operator (or ability to obtain certification)
· Strong material handling and construction background
· Hands-on experience in plumbing, carpentry, and renovation work
· Ability to interpret diagrams and install from construction drawings
· Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to 1–2 weeks per project)
· OSHA Certification preferred
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Must possess proper PPE and present a professional, polished image
