We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy in documentation, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the contract submittal process from an administrative perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, supply chain, or order management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the complete sales order process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
· Prepare, process, and maintain documentation for sales orders, purchase orders, and contracts.
· Assist with administrative aspects of contract submittals, ensuring compliance with requirements.
· Process and update RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) changes.
· Create and edit purchase orders as needed.
· Provide responsive and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
· Utilize ERP systems (such as SYSPRO, SYTeline, or similar) to manage and track orders.
· Generate and maintain reports using Excel and other MS Office Suite tools, as well as Google Workspace applications.
· Support the sales and supply chain teams with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, sales administration, or order management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
· Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and the MS Office Suite; experience with Google Workspace.
· Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SYTeline.
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with both customers and internal teams.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience handling RMAs and purchase orders in a manufacturing environment.
· Familiarity with contract review and submittal processes.
· Analytical mindset for identifying and resolving order discrepancies.
