Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour DOE
Responsibilities:
· Program and operate robotic welders for various welding operations.
· Perform MIG and TIG welding to support production needs.
· Assist in designing and setting up welding fixtures.
· Set up, calibrate, and test robotic arms and sensors.
· Conduct routine maintenance on robotic welding systems.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and system malfunctions.
· Monitor weld quality and adjust settings for precision.
· Collaborate with engineers and manual welders to improve efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 3+ years’ experience running and programming robotic welding systems.
· Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience.
· Forklift experience (certification provided if needed).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Technical certification in welding or robotics.
· Experience with fixture design and CAD systems.
· Strong knowledge of robotic welding technology and applications.
· Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
