Job Full Description
A leading manufacturing and distribution facility in the Round Rock area is seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipper to join their team. This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate will have solid ERP system experience, a strong understanding of shipping procedures, and excellent attention to detail.
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00pm – 12:00am
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and package finished goods for shipment according to customer and internal specifications.
· Verify shipment details, including part numbers, quantities, and documentation accuracy.
· Generate and process shipping labels using ERP and carrier systems.
· Coordinate with carriers and logistics teams to schedule and track outbound shipments.
· Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system for all shipping activities.
· Inspect outgoing materials for damage or quality issues prior to shipment.
· Assist with cycle counts and inventory transactions as needed.
· Support general warehouse operations, including kitting, labeling, and receiving when required.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience.
· Proficiency with ERP systems (transaction entry, inventory, and shipping functions).
· Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows applications.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
