Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual, Korean and English, Chiller Technician for a local company in Pflugerville. This position is ideal for individuals interested in hands-on technical work and building a long-term career in the mechanical or refrigeration field. Training may be available for entry-level candidates.
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Duties:
· Assist with the installation, inspection, and servicing of chiller systems
· Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment
· Identify mechanical or electrical issues and assist with troubleshooting
· Handle refrigerants in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines
· Respond to service calls and support on-site service needs
· Complete service paperwork and daily reports
· Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
· Ability to work legally in the United States
· Mechanical or technical aptitude required
· Previous HVAC or refrigeration experience preferred but not required
· Interest in hands-on, equipment-based work
· Ability to pass a background check
· Bilingual in English and Korean
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to wear cleanroom attire (smocks)
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
