Job Full Description
An established e-commerce business in Granger, TX is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily online business and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and taking ownership of multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator will be responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, product listings, shipping logistics, and customer support.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
· Review and process daily online orders (approximately 45–50 orders per day)
· Pull products from the warehouse and prepare orders for shipment
· Print shipping labels, package orders, and deliver shipments to UPS
· Receive incoming inventory, organize products, and track inventory accurately
· Create and post product listings on the website, including photographing items
· Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and order issues with professionalism
· Ensure proper handling of domestic and international shipments, including required documentation
Qualifications
· Experience with e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse support preferred
· Comfortable using computers, websites, and basic inventory systems
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
· Reliable transportation for UPS drop-offs
· Willingness to learn processes and retain detailed information
· Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
