Service Dispatcher
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an organized and dependable Dispatcher to coordinate field technicians, communicate with customers, and track commercial service projects. This is a fast-paced, phone- and email-based position ideal for someone with strong customer service, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service locations
- Track assignments and monitor project progress
- Communicate service schedules and updates to customers
- Respond to schedule changes and urgent service requests
- Maintain accurate service logs, emails, and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone, email, and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Dependable, punctual, and solution-oriented
- Dispatching, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred but not required
