Warehouse Lead / Shift Team Leader

We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Lead to help drive daily operations, support the team, and keep productivity, quality, and safety standards on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a go-to resource for shift employees
- Help coordinate daily workflow and staffing needs
- Coach, train, and support team members
- Communicate priorities and production goals
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse accuracy
- Identify workflow issues and help solve problems quickly
- Work alongside the team when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution background preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for 1–2 weekends per month
