Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Georgetown, TX. This weekend shift is ideal for individuals looking to work three 12-hour shifts while gaining experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with paint line operations by hanging, removing, and handling parts safely.
- Perform assembly of manufactured components using hand tools and work instructions.
- Package finished products according to quality and shipping standards.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
