Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Industrial Painter / Paint Prep Technician to join a busy metal manufacturing and finishing department. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone interested in warehouse production, industrial painting, auto body detailing, or metal finishing. Training is provided!
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Friday: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and prepare metal parts for painting
- Paint metal components according to job specifications
- Assist with surface preparation and minor detailing
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support other production duties as needed
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome
- Self-motivated and able to follow directions
- Comfortable working in a hot production environment near industrial ovens
- Able to wear long sleeves throughout the entire shift
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Warehouse, painting, finishing, metalworking, or auto body experience is helpful but not required
Important: This is a fragrance-free workplace. Cologne, scented body wash, lotions, and scented creams cannot be worn because fragrances may interfere with the paint-finishing process.
