Manufacturing Technician – 1st and 2nd Shift | $20–$23/hr
Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $20–$23/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00AM- 3:30pm AND 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
A growing precision manufacturing company in Round Rock is hiring Manufacturing Technicians / Manufacturing Associates for its 2nd shift. We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who are comfortable floating between departments based on production needs.
You may work in assembly, polishing, metal finishing, material handling, light equipment maintenance, machining support, packaging, or cleanroom production.
What You’ll Do

Float between different manufacturing and production departments
-
Perform assembly, polishing, finishing, and general production work
-
Work with metal tubing, fittings, components, and fabricated parts
-
Assist with basic machine and equipment maintenance
-
Square, face, clean, and prepare metal tubes and fittings
-
Prepare parts and weldments for production or rework
-
Use basic hand tools and measuring tools
-
Label, bag, package, stage, and move materials
-
Assist with material handling and entry-level machining tasks
-
Follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
-
Support cleanroom operations as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Clean Work Environment
Clean, organized manufacturing facility. Some departments require cleanroom PPE (“bunny suit”), including protective coveralls, hood, gloves, and shoe covers.
We’re Looking for Candidates With
-
Manufacturing, assembly, metalworking, polishing, maintenance, machining, or production experience

A willingness to cross-train and move between departments

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
-
Experience working with metal parts or components is a plus
-
Ability to follow work orders, drawings, and instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
