Job Description
A manufacturing company in Round Rock is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Associate / Clean Room Technician to join its production team. This hands-on position supports multiple areas of the manufacturing operation, including production, cleanroom preparation, packaging, machining, material handling, and work-order support.
Responsibilities
- Assist production departments with manufacturing and material-handling tasks.
- Square and face tubes and fittings according to blueprint specifications.
- Prepare parts and weldments for production or rework.
- Verify, stage, and deliver materials to appropriate work areas.
- Assist with labeling, bagging, and packaging components.
- Clean parts according to cleanroom standards.
- Perform basic machining and production support tasks.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machining experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; ERP experience is a plus.
- Orbital welding, GD&T, Lean/6S, or cleanroom experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE and working in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom.
