Industrial Maintenance Technician – Plastic Injection Molding | All Shifts
Location: Georgetown, TX
Pay: $28–$35+/hr DOE + Shift Differential
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

A growing manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for all three shifts!
We're looking for mechanically skilled individuals with a strong background in plastic injection molding, industrial equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.
If you have experience maintaining injection molding machines, troubleshooting electrical or hydraulic systems, and keeping production equipment running, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do

Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on plastic injection molding machines and production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Diagnose equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Maintain and repair injection molding machines and automated equipment.

Troubleshoot PLCs, motors, sensors, and electrical components.

Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.

Inspect, lubricate, adjust, and replace machine components.

Document maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
-
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
What We're Looking For
-
Plastic injection molding maintenance experience is highly preferred.
-
3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of machine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs.

Familiarity with PLCs and automated manufacturing equipment.
-
Experience with Engel injection molding machines is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot equipment independently.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Available Shifts & Pay
Hiring 1 Maintenance Technician per shift!
Competitive pay in the upper $20s to $30s per hour, depending on experience, plus applicable shift differential.
