Are you a highly motivated administrative professional who enjoys assisting an organization to make their workflow more efficient? If so, Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio office wants to talk to you about a Customer Service Representative position we are recruiting to fill with a client, a nationwide facility maintenance organization in San Antonio. This is expected to be a 3-4 month temporary assignment. Pay will be $17-$18/hour and work hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday. Essential Job Duties:
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with frequent task switching across multiple applications
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone with urgency
- Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls
- Update customer portals and communication
- Document calls and issues into system
Qualifications you will need to have:
- Adaptable and resilient with strong multitasking skills
- 2+ years of related administrative experience
- Great data entry skills and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

The Customer Service Representative position is a long-term temporary assignment, with the possibility of a full-time conversion down the road.
