Job Full Description
Our client, an established fence and gate installation company in Northeast San Antonio, is looking for a Fence Repair Helper for a long-term opportunity. Pay is $17 an hour. This is a great entry-level position with growth potential for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hardworking team.

- Ability to flex with schedule changes
Duties for the position include:
- Load/Unload trucks to prepare for the day. Daily truck clean up and prep, including checking oil and water, checking for any damage to report to supervisor
- Clean up job sites before leaving
- Assist the primary technician with warranty repair tasks
- Perform basic repairs on errors and wear covered under warranty
- Use hand and power tools for repair work: tape measure (measuring in feet and square feet), hammers, nail guns, circular saws
- Help keep the yard and shop clean and safe
- Wearing appropriate PPE including hard hat, safety vest, work gloves, and steel-toed boots
Requirements:
- Ability to work a full day outdoors in various San Antonio weather conditions
- Physically fit for heavy lifting and a fast-paced environment - bending, stooping, crouching, climb stairs, use hands for tools, materials, carrying
- Must have steel-toed boots (associate provided)
- Ability to identify and use basic hand tools
- High school diploma or GED
