Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio Office is currently partnering with a locally owned and rapidly growing insurance agency that specializes in serving the Spanish-speaking community. We are seeking a Bilingual Health & Life Insurance Agent (Licensed) for a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, driven by sales, and excited to build a strong presence through social media marketing. This is a full-time, in-person role with hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation will start at $17/hour during the temporary period. Once hired by the client, the position will transition to a commission-only structure with the opportunity to work remotely.
Essential Job Functions include:
- Engage with prospective clients through in-person outreach and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Educate clients on available health and life insurance products and help them select the best coverage for their needs.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence to generate leads and grow your client base.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency’s services.
- Perform any reasonable and related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications we are seeking entail:
- Active Texas Life & Health Insurance License required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- 1+ year of experience in insurance sales or a related customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
