Job Full Description
Our client, a leading US energy provider is seeking a Remote Recruiting Assistant (Part-Time) for placement on a 3-6 week temporary assignment. Compensation for the will be $23/hour. Hours for this position are 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
Essential job duties:
- Review/Pre-Screen candidate resumes for referral to the recruiter for possible interview
- Conduct phone interviews as requested
- Help with scheduling interviews for the recruiting team
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel
- Search for candidates within popular online job boards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ year of prior recruiting or HR related experience is required
- Associate’s degree or higher strongly preferred
- Candidates must be able to work remotely from home and have a home office setup, including your own laptop or CPU - no tablets.
