Job Full Description
Our client, a world-class, international engineering and manufacturing company located in Northeast San Antonio is looking for a candidate for a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity in a Packaging role. Pay is $15 an hour. Duties for the Packaging position include:
- Use computer, measure, taking photos with tablet to fit items into proper packaging
- Starting, operating, tending, stopping, and cleaning machines
- Using picking and packing lists to perform order fulfillment operations
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
- Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding
- Review packing lists to ensure all items are included
Requirements for the Packaging position are:
- Manufacturing experience required
- Good communication and good housekeeping skills
- Flexibility and willingness to rotate between stations as required.
- Attention to detail
- HS/GED
