Job Full Description
Our client, a fueling service company is seeking an Inventory Manager for a long-term career opportunity. This is an evaluation-hire or possibly direct-hire opportunity paying $22-$29/hour. The right candidate MUST have industry experience. Essential job duties for the Inventory Manager role include:
- Order placement with vendors
- PO entry in ERP Vision System
- Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation
- Ensure On-Time delivery with key vendors
- Cycle Counts/Inventory
- Support inventory transfers across branches
- Lead/Support Warehouse Clerks/Material Handlers
- Warranty and Core Management
Position requirements for the Inventory Manager role includes:
- 3 years of industry experience
- 1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica)
- HS Diploma/Equivalent, some college or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics
- Restocking per MIN MAX levels
- Inventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balance
