Location: Northeast San Antonio, TX
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Position Type: Temporary (12 weeks) with potential for Temp-to-Hire based on performance and workload
About the Opportunity
Our client, a national automotive parts company in Northeast San Antonio, is hiring Material Handlers / Warehouse Workers to support operations during a high-volume period. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical, fast-paced warehouse work and want to gain experience with a well-known company.
Material Handler Job Duties
- Load and unload tires from trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Stack, move, and organize tires throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a steady pace in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to perform heavy lifting continuously throughout the shift
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a labor-intensive role
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy tires repeatedly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift
Assignment Details
- Temporary role expected to last approximately 12 weeks
- Opportunity for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs
