Job Full Description
Project Manager – Construction & Renovation
The Project Manager oversees construction and facility improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. This role coordinates with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to manage scopes of work, site logistics, and compliance with safety and building standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead renovation and improvement projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and cost targets are met.

Conduct project planning, budgeting, and closeout, including punch list completion and invoice approvals.

Coordinate meetings and communication with subcontractors, architects, and campus stakeholders.

Review blueprints, develop scope statements, manage logistics, and ensure job site safety and quality.

Prepare documentation, reports, and specifications; manage site inspections and regular progress updates.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.

Minimum 3 years of construction or facilities project supervision experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and TMA systems a plus.

Must have valid driver’s license and pass background check.

Strong multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders/scaffolding, work at heights, and use PPE.

Exposure to indoor/outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Requires regular computer and field work, with repetitive movement and site navigation.
