Job Full Description
Student living community near UTSA is in need of a general maintenance tech who will handle property work orders to include, but not limited to light plumbing, sheet rock/patch work repair, change A/C filters, fix-it tasks / make ready skills. Will also assist experienced technicians with projects or projects with more difficult repair. Previous maintenance or make-ready experience is required and must have some handyman skills. Must be able to handle multiple work orders daily.
