Job Full Description
San Antonio's oldest and most iconic dealership is in need of a high volume Accounts Payable clerk who has experience with recording incoming invoices to be set up for payment daily, obtain proper approval from managers, code to appropriate expense account, file alpha -numeric, cut checks for business office or on demand daily, check runs, monthly and weekly, verify payments are set up correctly, run check batch, and reconcile monthly statements. You will also need good credit history as you will manage disbursements and have access to company credit cards.
We need someone ASAP! a quick learner, attention to detail and works well with processes.
Free of felonies or prior convictions, Customer Service oriented, Detailed Oriented, previous dealership or auto auction helpful but not necessary. $16.00 - $17.00 per/hour to start. Temp-hire position
