Job Full Description
We are seeking a full time Operations Manger/Business Administrative Assistant to the CEO-Owner of a small manufacturing company in San Antonio, TX - we need someone that is high energy, highly organized, to be the CEO's right hand. This positions is a dual role, fast paced, will manage the CEO calendar, meeting, travel and event logistics, process expenses, reimbursements, corporate cards, travel reconciliations accurately and on time, coordinate with finance on supplier and customer payment, cash flow budget P&L.
Ideal candidate for this position will be someone that has worked with a 'start-up' company , this company is 8 yrs old and growing, they are one of the largest Amzzon tcg value pack sellers and are partnered with over 1,000 retailers.
Industry experience in retail, collectibles, toy manufacturing highly desired. This CEO needs someone to keep him on track, keep up with him and assist in many taks that need to be done.
It is a very unique role - but one that will pay off very well if you can bring energy, mangement, value to the table and help keep the operations running with your Executive operations and time management skills and experience.
Some travel may be required with the CEO to trade shows and or clients
Direct hire position.
If you have 4 yrs of operations /management experience, and have worked with an owner/ceo before with a scucessfiul track record we encourage you to apply
If you have 5-8 years of experience with the same minimum requirements we encourage you to apply
Salary range $60K-$85K offer will be made based on experience to offer. Must be able to hit the ground running! This CEO does not know how to train an Executive Assistant you need to be one step ahead of him all the time.
