Sales and Market Insight Analyst - Direct HIre
The Market and Sales Insights Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making within company Strategy, Sales & Planning team.
Reporting to the Business Insight Manager, this position is responsible for transforming syndicated data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana) and internal transactional sales metrics into meaningful, actionable insights that drive commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of experience in CPG analytics, with a strong ability to structure business questions, test hypotheses, and extract strategic implications from complex datasets.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling—and who’s eager to influence key business outcomes across sales, trade, and brand development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in CPG analytics, preferably in a syndicated data or sales insights role.
- Analyze syndicated data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana) and internal sales metrics to uncover actionable insights that drive sales performance.
- Serve as a key partner to the Sales team—translating data into stories, opportunities, and recommendations that support customer growth.
- Support ad hoc sales requests with rapid, accurate analysis while aligning work with long-term strategic priorities set by SS&P leadership.
