Job Full Description
SA's most unique fabricator and installation company seeks a competent lighting technician who will provide on-site system start-up services for new theatrical lighting & dimming systems. Will provide on-site assessment, training and or repair services for existing lighting and dimming systems and assist with completion of punch list items on unfinished job sites, facilitate points of contact for customers requesting system upgrades, and assist other install techs as needed. The ideal candidate will be familiar w/MS 365 suite of products, be familiar w/ETC lighting control systems & consoles, knowledge with Vari-Lite/Strand, MA Lighting and or other similar brands. Will need a valid driver's license and be able to work well multi-tasking while under pressure w/ability to navigate & remain calm and be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, requires regular travel overnight and working at heights as required. AS degree in technical theatre or related field preferred, as well as any technical theatre and or construction helpful, general familiarity with modern lighting control systems and consoles highly desired, 2-5 years of industry experience. Starts at between $16.00 to $18.00 p/h and immediate benefits!
