Full time Receptionist needed for very busy NW San Antonio dealership
Requirements:
- Communicate with great courtesy and professionalism, whether by telephone or in person.
- Efficiently handle complaint calls / visitors with tact and redirection to appropriate management.
- Realize that as receptionist, is probably the first impression of our office and possibly our company; strive to be best impression possible.
- Provide positive experience for all callers and visitors.
- Quickly learn key responsibilities of multiple departments in order to efficiently direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Scan certain deal-related documents as received with barcoder.
- Process overnight packages for delivery using online desktop applications.
- Assist with stuffing envelopes for mailing.
