Job Full Description
Full time Mon - Fri 8-5pm or 9-6p.m.
Customer service rep will manage medium-volume incoming calls while making out bound collection calls for delinquent accounts. Respond to customer needs through email/phone/texts
Positive attitude, people-oriented, work well in a team-based environment.
3-5 years of strong customer service skills/experience required - any mortgage or financial services type industry experience strongly desired.
