The Reserves Clerk/ Finance Income Administrator is responsible for accurately processing, reconciling, and tracking finance-related income within the dealership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced automotive environment for 7 dealerships.
Duties:
- Process and reconcile finance reserve income from lending institutions
- Post finance income, reserve adjustments, chargebacks, and cancellations to the dealership accounting system
- Process GAP, warranty, service contract, and ancillary product cancellations and ensure refunds are accurately applied. (As needed)
- Reconcile reserve schedules and related general ledger accounts monthly.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
