Job Full Description
Looking for a candidate with Accounts Payable experience.
- auditing all accounts that are currently listed as autopay in our software.
- working through spreadsheets to confirm payments are being processed.
- log into multiple accounts to confirm autopay’s are being processed correctly and make calls/send emails to vendors.
- update log in credentials in our system, this would also include auditing to confirm which associations need updated log ins.
- Various other administrative task would take place depending on what is needed daily.
The candidate should have great attention to detail.
