Express Employment San Antonio Southeast is looking for Maintenance Technicians in San Antonio.
|
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Duties: include but not limited to: SUMMARY: Maintenance Technician ensures the efficient and reliable operation of high speed and complex processing and packaging equipment. This includes troubleshooting, problem identification, maintaining, testing, installing and conducting all mechanical repairs on all of the processing and packaging equipment.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of journey level experience in electrical and heating equipment maintenance
- Completion of an apprentice-level electrical and mechanical training program plus 2 years' progressive experience as an electrician preferred
- HVAC Journeyman's License preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics as well as manufacturers maintenance manuals to determine proper operation.
- Be able to perform all Lockout Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Good mechanical aptitude and operation knowledge of control systems.
- Effective troubleshooting skills and systematically diagnose mechanical or electrical problems
- Ability to climb ladders and extension ladders up to 35 ft
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to bend, stoop and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions for lengthy periods of time.
