Position Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a skilled Press Brake Operator for one of our top manufacturing clients. Although the position is set to begin in January, we are ready to welcome a qualified candidate sooner to allow for onboarding and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down press brake equipment for different production runs
-
Select and install appropriate tooling based on job specifications
-
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
-
Perform precise measurements and bend calculations using math and measuring tools
-
Ensure parts meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
-
Strong understanding of bend allowances, tooling selection, and material behavior
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders
-
Familiarity with measuring tools: calipers, protractors, tape measures, etc.

Forklift experience is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
