About the Role:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our clients team! The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and hold a current TDLR license. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing energy saving residential and commercial HVAC systems while delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions.

Follow all safety protocols and comply with state and local HVAC regulations.

Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:

Valid TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) license.

1+ years of HVAC experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and related equipment.

Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
