Express Employment New Braunfels is working with a leader in the fun trip/tours industry that supplies a national clientele. This company is looking for a Dispatcher candidate in the San Antonio area to grow with their quickly expanding company.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, On call every other week
Qualifications:
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving aptitude
• Capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with San Antonio and its neighboring areas
• Competency in utilizing computer systems and software
• Strong team-oriented mindset and collaboration skills
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is advantageous
Able to be make outbound calls, follow up with leads and ability to sale product line
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Responsibilities:
• On-site position as a Dispatcher
• Coordination of scheduling and routing for transportation services
• Liaison between drivers and customers to ensure prompt and efficient operations
• Management of customer inquiries, issue resolution, and maintenance of accurate transportation records
